Barton Playgroup is a small, friendly Ofsted registered preschool and playgroup in the heart of Barton, Cambridge.  We are considered one of the best in South Cambridge and were awarded ‘Good’ at our last Ofsted visit in July 2022.

We are open Monday – Friday between 9am – 12.00pm during term time and offer an optional Lunch Club from 12.00pm – 1.00pm.  We also have a Toddler Group that meets every Monday 1.30pm – 3.00pm, term-time only.

The Playgroup takes children from two-and-a-half years to five years, with a maximum number of 12 children per day.

We are situated in the grounds of Barton Primary School and have a great indoor and outdoor setting with a wealth of toys, soft play, and equipment for the children to enjoy.
